More than 50 renowned restaurants and wine bars across eight countries will participate in this year’s Coravin World Wine Tour, scheduled for May. This exciting event showcases the pioneering technology created by Coravin founder Greg Lambrecht, allowing fine wines to be served by the glass while keeping the remaining wine safely stored.
Following a successful inaugural tour that included 15 venues in four countries last year, the 2025 tour has significantly expanded to include 58 establishments. This includes Michelin-starred restaurants, upscale dining venues, and popular wine bars, all united in the mission to enhance wine accessibility.
Prominent London restaurants such as Brunswick House, Pétrus, Bacchanalia, and The Dove will feature alongside Gravetye Manor, another Michelin-starred venue in West Sussex. The tour also includes two participants from Bristol (BANK and Lapin), Tom Simmons in Cardiff, and Climat and Worsley Stores Tasting Room in Manchester.
Katie Warren, senior director of global marketing for Coravin, noted the growing trend among consumers who prefer to "drink less, drink better." This reflects the increasing importance of by-the-glass wine options, as patrons can now explore new fine wines without the commitment of ordering a full bottle.
Australia will join the tour with five venues, including Love Tilly Devine in Sydney and Clover in Melbourne. The U.S. has the highest number of participating locations, with four in New York, including Café Boulud and Le Pavillon, in addition to several in Chicago and California.
Paris will see six participating restaurants, including Les 110 de Taillevent and Drouant, while Italy will have ten venues across major cities like Rome and Milan. The Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany will also be represented, with a total of various establishments offering a unique wine experience.
