I am exceptionally thrilled about this producer, arguably crafting some of the most exquisite wines on the island. They implement organic farming, including some biodynamic methodologies, across a substantial span of 18 hectares containing 11 Contrada. This establishment has even undertaken the restoration of an age-old cellar, revamping it to meet extreme quality standards. This includes a unique lava stone palmento, and the winery’s arrangement allows all transfers to happen by gravity. It was a preservationist restoration, keeping as much of the ancient cellar intact.

The Constanzo family piloted this endeavor with their inaugural vine purchase in 2010, with 2011 marking their virgin vintage.
