Silice is a natural wine project helmed by Fredi Torres, located in Ribeira Sacra, Spain. This venture started in 2013 after a casual evening of beers at a bar, evolving from a collaboration between Torres and two brothers who own land in the region. The winery also sources grapes from other local growers, and the focus is on creating wines with a fresh, natural style, using only indigenous yeasts for fermentation.
