Raúl Moreno, hailing from Sevilla, has carved a niche in the world of wine by producing remarkable unfortified wines from sherry country. His journey began in London at the age of 18, where he started in a restaurant kitchen and eventually became a sommelier. After gaining experience in the vibrant Australian wine industry, he returned to Spain.
In 2017, he launched the Viñas Oceanicos project, crafting wines made in clay. By 2021, he began producing under his own name, further honing his craft.
