The second release of Le Black Création follows 257, initially launched as a non-vintage black label from Lanson. Comparable to brands like Roederer and Krug, the product aims to elevate its prestige by providing detailed information about its blend composition. Le Black Création 258 is based on the 2018 vintage, and you can find an exquisite infographic detailing the blend composition on the website. 75% of the crus skip malolactic fermentation while 32% of the blend is reserve wines, a mix of vintage wines stored in tank, perpetual reserves in stainless steel, or oak. The dosage measures to 8 g/litre.
