The Decanter Fine Wine Encounter (DFWE) made a vibrant return to Singapore, taking place on November 22, 2025, at the luxurious Shangri-La Singapore. This event attracted nearly 600 wine enthusiasts eager to experience extraordinary wines and engage with producers and industry experts.
The event showcased 52 prominent wineries, offering attendees a chance to taste a diverse selection, including the exquisite Koshu wines from Japan and premium sake from Dassai. Guests participated in three insightful masterclasses focusing on iconic labels such as Henschke’s celebrated single-vineyard selections, Brunello di Montalcino, and the world-renowned Château Margaux.
This year introduced a special Editors’ Lunch, allowing guests a unique opportunity to mingle with Decanter editors while enjoying a curated three-course meal paired with selected wines. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the engagement and enriching discussions between wine lovers and producers.
