Celebrating a Decade of Rotters Towers: A Culinary Journey with Vantre and Beaujolais Delight

By | 22 November 2025

Each year, Noble Rot Lambs Conduit Street hosts a grand celebration for Beaujolais Nouveau Day, inviting a guest chef or restaurant to take over their kitchen for the occasion. Last year’s guest was The Four Horsemen from Brooklyn, while this year’s event featured Vantre from Paris, with proprietor Marco Pelletier and chef Satria Vue at the helm. Their collaboration provided an impressive food experience perfectly paired with Beaujolais wines served in large formats, making it a truly remarkable event.

This year also marked the tenth anniversary of Noble Rot Lambs Conduit Street, a milestone that brought back fond memories of the restaurant’s opening. The event showcased a delightful selection of dishes, including:

  • Belaun Kintoa Ham
  • Native oysters accompanied by pig trotter terrine with poireaux vinaigrette, honey mustard, and white truffle oil
  • Scallops with endive, kumquat, and sheep’s ricotta
  • Venison tartare flavored with juniper and Jerusalem artichoke
  • Autumn vegetable gado gado with aioli
  • Wild fowl and foie gras Wellington served with braised radicchio and jus de salmis
  • Hen of the woods mushrooms with vin jaune, venere rice, cauliflower, and walnut praline
