One of the standout offerings is the Winnica Moderna Pet Nat 2023, a blend of Johanniter, Riesling, and Scheurebe. This brut nature sparkling wine is not disgorged and boasts a vibrant, juicy character with bright acidity and a lively lime profile, earning it a score of 92 out of 100.

The Winnica Moderna Pet Nat Rosé 2023, composed of 80% Rondo and 20% Pinot Gris, also impresses with its fruity vibrancy. It presents a zesty palate of cherry, pear, and lime, accompanied by good acidity, and is rated 90 out of 100.

In the white wine category, the Winnica Moderna Chardonnay Sur Lie 2022 showcases the potential of this varietal in the region. Fermented entirely in stainless steel, it exhibits lively apple and pear notes with a subtle waxy texture, scoring 90 out of 100. This wine, which underwent a 10-day skin contact and 14 months in used oak, impresses with its elegant structure and high acidity, garnering a score of 92.

Finally, the Winnica Moderna Cabernet Cortis 2022 showcases a chalky, gravelly nose with intriguing beetroot hints. It delivers substantial weight on the palate, revealing a combination of spicy and mouthfilling characteristics, rated at 91.
