What Availability?
Finding some of the world’s best sparkling wines, particularly in the UK, has proven to be a difficult task. Despite the impressive quality and consistent accolades these wines receive at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships (CSWWC), availability remains a significant hurdle. In response to this issue, the CSWWC plans to launch a Seeking Representation service on its website, which will be free for producers and shippers to utilize.
While some well-known wines enjoy swift sales, many lesser-known varieties struggle to gain traction in the marketplace. This is particularly true for those that require active selling efforts; merchants, restaurants, and retailers often find it challenging to promote wines with lesser reputations. The Seeking Representation service aims to provide momentum for these wines by highlighting their awards and accolades.
