Tickets are now available for the Decanter Fine Wine Encounter (DFWE) New York, which returns for its fifth year on Saturday, June 6, 2026. This exclusive event will take place on the 60th floor of the Manhatta, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline.
The DFWE aims to create a unique tasting experience, allowing guests to discover a variety of fine wines while guided by renowned producers. The event features a Grand Tasting with 55 producers from around the world, including notable names such as E. Guigal, Château d’Esclans, Mazzei, and Ridge Vineyards. Each producer will showcase four wines, including a cuvée that has received a rating of 95+ points from Decanter. This setting encourages attendees to explore and converse directly with the winemakers, deepening their understanding of fine wine.
For a more focused experience, there will be three masterclasses led by wine experts. Confirmed topics include Salon and Delamotte, hosted by Cristian Rimoldi, and Super Tuscans, led by Italian wine authority Michela Morris.
Additionally, the Winemakers’ Lunch returns as a highlight of the program, providing an intimate setting for guests to enjoy lunch while engaging in discussions with winemakers and members of the Decanter editorial team. Dr. Laura Catena of Catena Zapata is confirmed, with more winemakers to be announced soon.
